The Contractor (That's "YOU")

Warren (that’s YOU!) grew up in a crime-free life in a peaceful town in the pre-war state of Oklahoma where everyone had lived an average life and a good standard of living. He had a knack for tinkering with firearms because his family had a business involving all times of weapons. Once he dedicated the practice with the trigger and not the slide, he realized he had a talent for putting bullets into targets.

He pressed himself in competitive matches, which got him noticed by a private security team that was attending one of the matches. His reputation continued to flourish once he started to work with them. Warren completed tasks with ease and worked with different groups that took him deeper into the country and further from home. When he terminated his first contract with the original bodyguard network, he was hundreds of miles from home but didn’t feel the desire to return. Instead, he brought his attention to bounty hunting and contract working, making him flush with cash and a little arrogant.

It wasn’t until he was shot, stabbed, sliced, and knocked out a few times during his heavier contracts that he realized he had lost most of his original character. He betrayed the morals he grew up with and strayed too far from his roots to go back quickly.

After stopping at Tiny’s Tavern, Warren intended to remain low, but after befriending the tavern’s barmaid, Warren finds himself going down yet another path, in which he isn’t alone…

…The actual origins of the “Contractor” were matured during some of my earlier works as a writer. He’s gone through a lot of different names and character changes. He was first known as David, then Ronnick, and more recently Warren. Warren has stuck around for a while now.

“Warren,” or whatever name you have given him, can look however you want. I’ve always pictured him as a cliché handsome gunslinger, whether Boy Scout clean or Clint Eastwood rough. Brown hair, green eyes, well-built and charismatic.
