Thankfully, he does

"Didn't anyone ever teach you that you don't go in dry?"

Suzy looked up just in time to see Jake grab ahold of the bandits throat and yank him away from her. She tried to keep up with them both afterward, but couldn't seem to see who was who in the blob of images before her. She just listened to clash of metal and finally the soft thud of a body hitting the ground. At first, she didn't know who it was and began to freak out.

"Jake?! Are you okay?"

It was only when she felt a light beam down on her and the feeling of wind blow upward from the ground that she realized she was fine. Because above her in bright, golden letters were the words "Level Up." She smiled as she struggled to hide her body from Jake as he approached. Leveling up usually got rid of status effects, so she would be fine in a few seconds.

"Damn... If I had known they had poison, I would have been more aggressive in keeping you away. Come on. Let's get you an antidote."

"Huh? But... I leveled up?"

"Yeah... Well, that doesn't heal you at all. Whoever made this game wanted its players to suffer apparently." Jake seemed like he had been through a lot since he started playing. She didn't know how long she'd been out, but however long it was, it must have felt like forever for him.

"Thank you, Jake..." Her words still slurred as he attempted to pick her up. She couldn't see the obvious blush on his orc face due to her increasingly blurry vision.

"That poison must be hella strong if you're saying something nice to me." Jake scoffed as he allowed her to lean on him and began walking. "Think you could say something even nicer?"

Suzy was too out of it to really hear the lecherous tone in his voice. "What?"

"Hmmmm... say 'I want that big dick in my mouth every day.'"

"Don't... push it..." Suzy was poisoned, not made into an idiot.

"Ha! It was worth a shot."

The two continued walking around the mountain forest until they finally found a path leading to a nearby village. Instead of going that way, they went the other way. Perhaps following the trail wasn't the smartest thing to do, but it was what they were accustomed to as players.

But Jake knew where he was going. Right off of the trail, there was an NPC human that didn't attack them at first sight. It was an old woman in a hooded cloak with a sign written in Orcish.

"It's a monster sympathizer NPC. You'll find them around with some stuff to buy and usually with the ability to heal you." Jake puffed up his chest before sitting Suzy down before the old woman. "I marked her on my map just in case. You're welcome."

Suzy didn't have the energy to roll her eyes, but made a mental note to remember to thank him later.

"I see that you're not doing so well. Would you like me to heal you," the NPC asked. Suzy nodded before the woman held out her hand. "Due to poison causing memory loss, I ask for payment first." Jake looked at her shocked before smirking at Suzy.

"Hey, hey... Can I touch your boobs before we do that? I'll pay for the treatment." Suzy tried to glare at one of the copies of him before her, hoping that it was the correct one. It wasn't.

"No! Why would I let you do that?"

"Come on! You won't remember!" Jake seated himself next to her, pretty sure that he was going to win this argument. "Besides, I have gold and you don't. And would a boob squeeze really be that horrible?"

Suzy groaned. She knew that Jake wasn't going to let up, no matter how much she denied him. And she hated feeling like she was useless so early on in this game.

So after a long, awkward silence, Suzy nodded.

Jake's hands were swift as they cupped themselves around her breasts. His orc's hands were rough with callouses but were just the right amount of rough to make Suzy's body tingle. She didn't know if her face betrayed her or not, but she was really liking how this was feeling. Was it the poison that made it better than normal or the fact that they were in a game?

A soft moan escaped her lips when he began playing with her nipples and she felt herself begin to grow wet. If it was the poison's fault, did she want to risk this opportunity to have some great sex? Her and Jake didn't have the best relationship, but they had some dynamite chemistry. But then again, it was Jake.
