Tendo/Deva Powered Details

Tendo and Deva powered maximum strength is 3 pwr.

These are beings who lived quite a bit of lives and developed their beings to a decent level but dont want to be asura/dont even know it exist.

They arent as thoughtful as of the level, but are high human tier and are good intentioned and kind hearted beings.

It is possible for them to fail, more possible than it is for an Of The Level however, still pretty darn difficult to make fail aggressively.

Their powers are always the same:

Telekinetic powers towards either inanimate objects or low thought level beings.

They dont have a complex power system like Asura Powereds.

Tendo tend to be Telekinetic over objects and materials.(Momentary physical augmentation: physical strength and durability from 2 to 3pwr)

Tendo can use at the cost of all their energy a focused psychic barrier that increases physical potential but not mental by 50% until it starts to drain their life ****.

Normal versions of this attack only increase one area of the surrounded energy and only by 25%.

Deva tend to be Telekinesis over mind. (Momentary physical augmentation: reaction speed and agility)

Deva can read minds of beings lower then themselves without projections or projectiles/alter perceptions mildly, and state of minds. Must choose one or the other.

but not those of higher, they can artificially increase mental ability to a level higher than normal by 50% until drains life ****. They can use in specific areas for 25% increase.

These powers only work directly on low levels but can be maxed out relative to the physical power of the individual/thought power.

So if a Tendo cant pick up a car, he wont be able to do so with his or her mind either.

Now keep in mind these beings arent fools. They have thought some and know some things about reality.

They just naturally follow a simpler path of monogamy, male conceptualizations and knowledge and experience domination. (They are the peak of a normal human path.)

Perception Alteration Attacks: these are not done via distance they are done via complex programmed projectiles. (Deep mind reading can be done this way as well only Deva dont have this capacity nor for high level perception alteration.)

Its an invisible to the naked eye high density form of thought energy, that can be shaped a number of way and like elemental attacks evaded or repelled by thought energy constructs or manuevers. The closer to the brain the more profound the intended affect.

Beings once implanted can resist via cognitive pressure but it will cost energy and concentration more energy than it took for the individual to fire the projectile as time continues on.

Each projectile has a time limit, it can be increaed or decreased.

With enough implanted no amount of cognitive pressure can help.
