Tell her you aren't going to let her diaper you.

"No way." You say. "I'm not letting you put a fucking diaper on me."

You turn to run but the orderlies catch you.

The nurse sighs "Put him on the bed."

The orderlies **** you onto the bed and strap your arms and legs down. The nurse pulls one last strap across your stomach, holding you firmly on the bed. She then takes a pair of scissors and cuts all the way up one leg of your pants and then up the other before pulling the ruined fabric away from you. Next, she makes a quick cut along both sides of your underpants and discards them too, leaving you totally exposed from the waist down.

The nurse goes to a cupboard and retrieves something. "Normally we would use disposable diapers." She explains as she unfolds it. "But Dr Tanya says she wants to make sure you feel like you are diapered."

The diaper is hour-glass shaped with white towelling material inside and a baby-blue plastic cover. She slides the diaper under your bottom and pulls the front firmly up between your legs. The bulky material forces them apart.

"This is a special diaper for difficult patients. " She explains, as she pulls the sides up and fastens them with a click. You look down to see a small padlock holding the diaper together.

Now that you are securely diapered, she releases you from your restraints. "I hope you are more cooperative at your next diaper change."

You stand awkwardly in the enormous diaper. You can't believe you're stuck in this thing.

"I'll show you your room." One of the orderlies tells you.

You waddle after him through the corridors until you get to a small cell with little more than a bed.

"Are you going to lock me in here?" You ask, almost certain that the answer is yes.

"No." He says. "So long as you are behaving you are free to go anywhere on the grounds until lights out."
