Tell Nate what you know, Outside

You quickly tell Nate "Hey, you wanna go for a smoke?" Nate kinda looks at you with a weird look and goes "Didn't take you for the smoking type, but sure." You kinda shuffle with Nate towards the door when he announces "Hey, Mike and I are going for a smoke, anyone wanna join?" You panic at his offer but luckily most of the guys are welcoming back Jeremy and telling of Chelsea's alchoholic feats. Nate shrugs and walks out with you. "So what brand you got? "I think Jeremy is up to something." "Huh?" is all Nate could mutter back. "That call he was just answering in his office, I heard some yelling from my line and kept listening and heard some crazy stuff." "Like what?" "He's skimming our pay and hiding the fact this company is going under." "Bullshit, Mike" You could tell Nate was becoming more upset by the minute. "The guy that called also said he needed $100,000 and that in two months this thing would need to be finished or all this work would be for nothing." That made Nate stop. You could tell he was thinking hard on something. "Are you sure that's what you heard?" "Yeah, every word." Nate stood there for a few seconds before saying "Jeremy had me redo some of the contracts with the new guys and the other clients. He even told me to not worry about checking any of our old documents and that he would do it himself. He's never done that himself as long as I've known him." "So what do you think?" "I think that asshole has been stealing from us for a long time now and you just caught him." "But what do we do?" "Do? I don't think there's much we can do. He's probably done everything he needed to with those files and we don't really have proof ourselves. I don't think you want to get involved either. I mean, just take what you can get and I'll handle things myself."
