Tell Alice about the Summer of Love
"Did you hear that this summer is being called The Summer of Love? Well, I'm passing through on my way to San Francisco. All summer long the hippies and anti-war activists are gathering there. Timothy Leary said we should turn on, tune in, and drop out, so that's what I'm gonna do."
Alice smiles and says "That sounds amazing. Well, in that case, I'll share my weed with you." She pulls a small box from her coat and removes a joint from it. She holds it up to her lips and leans toward you. You light a match and cup it to light the joint. Alice takes a slow pull from it. The sweet aroma fills your nostrils. She offers it to you. You take a drag off the joint, holding it in like Alice is. You make it about 5 seconds before you start coughing.
Alice giggles and says, "Here. Breathe it in when I blow into your mouth." She takes a pretty big puff and then leans into you and kisses your lips. She blows the smoke from her lungs into you. You slowly breathe in and hold it.
This time you and Alice breathe out at the same time after half a minute. The marijuana hits your system about now, and you laugh. Alice takes another hit and this time puts a full lip lock on you, her tongue exploring your mouth. She slowly blows smoke into your lungs while she kisses you. You put your arms around her, enjoying her mouth.
You break the kiss and take a long drag on the joint. You don't **** this time, so you kiss Alice and blow into her mouth. You make out for five minutes. Alice caresses your cheek and hugs you to her. You run your hands up and down her back.
Alice breaks the kiss and says, "That's warmed me up a bit." The joint is out, so she puts it back in the box and puts it away.
Your skin and mind are tingling. You laugh and spin around, looking at everything around you. You stop when you're facing Alice. She looks so cute and sexy. You close with her and kiss her. Her mouth tastes so good, and you love the feel of her body in your arms. You both laugh and grin at each other.

The Summer of Love
Hitchhiking on Route 66 in 1967
The year is 1967, the Summer of Love. This is the era of Rock & Roll. The Beatles, The Stones, The Doors, and Procol Harum are the top bands. Johnson is president. The Vietnam War is in full swing. Anti-war marches alternate with civil rights protests, often led by Martin Luther King. Gas prices are 33 cents a gallon. You are eighteen years old, you live in Springfield, Illinois, the state capital, and you're a senior in Springfield High School. You watched the television coverage of the Human Be-In in San Francisco in January. When Timothy Leary said, "Turn on, tune in, and drop out," his words resonated with you, and you decided to head to California over Spring Break.
