Tear up the talisman.

As you walk back to the courtyard, you hold the paper between your thumbs and index fingers and tear it easily in half. Then, in half again. You rip it into several smaller pieces as well until it begins to disintegrate in your hands--becoming nothing but sparkling dust that blows away with the wind. At long last, the talisman has been destroyed, and the seal has been lifted.

There. You're free now.

"Thank you. But you might want to look up. It looks like something is going over there."

Lady Vraelion stands with her arms crossed proudly. Beside her are the two Ostowl sisters as well. You also see Larsith standing behind them. A handful of other boys and girls watch from a safe distance as well while the poor Rodney is cowering on the ground. He looks scared, and you can only imagine he doesn't sit in the dirt out of choice.

"What's going on?" you ask. All eyes turn to you. "What did you do this time, RJ?"

Rodney turns around, surprised. "You remembered... I-I was just talking about the dream we all shared last night! Everybody's been talking about it. I thought I just had the greatest dream of my life, but it was more than that. Something strange happened at the academy."

"That's all it was still. A dream," Malakae speaks up. "The things you suggested I did. That wasn't me. You even suggesting such a thing is a crime!"

Well, she's still the same girl as before. The students remember the dream. Now she's really steamed up. A lot of people saw her buck naked.

There's a whispering throughout the crowd.

"It was a dream!" she repeats with a thrust forward of her finger. "Th-That wasn't my body, and you're best to forget what you saw. All of you!"

"But I saw your--" RJ mumbles.

"I said silence!"

Betha Ostowl plants her hands on her hips. "You're disgusting. It was obviously an illusion."

Anna is in sync with her sister as always. "Gross."

Then Larsith steps forwards in front of the rest. He holds a hand out towards the cowering boy with a scowl on his face. "Cease speaking of such lecherous things. You've always been told it never happened. This so-called gym class, where she was stripped as if by magic. All of you must have false memories! And what were you doing anyway? It's likely we were all trapped last night, and I was looking for a way to escape. If all you were doing was ogling girls, then perhaps you're not fit for this school."

"That doesn't sound right," RJ mutters. "Everyone I talked to said they had no self-awareness in the dream."

He clears his throat. "Yeah? Well you haven't spoken to those with true magic potential. I was aware, and so was Lady Vraelion."

"So she knew she was being stripped?"

Really digging yourself into a hole here, RJ.

"Just leave him alone already," you say. "He didn't do anything. It isn't his fault you're feeling embarrassed about what happened. It was weird, and we don't fully understand the implications. No need to lash out at him."

Larsith clutches the boy's head and pulls up, though his eyes are locked straight onto yours. "Don't get cocky just because I slipped up during our duel. I underestimated you, but that would never happen again. Is this your friend? He said some inappropriate things about Lady Vraelion's body."

"All I did... was ask if she remembered... being naked at gym--" RJ struggles to speak.

"Quiet! Let this be a message to everybody. Forgot this memory, or end up like him." Energy starts to surround him. He's casting a spell. After a deep breath, he starts to shout a magic word.

"And this is the last of it," the voice in your head speaks. "Hope for the best."

"****!" Larsith says, and RJ cringes. It'll knock him out for sure at such a close proximity.

Suddenly, there's a burst of energy. A powerful blast of wind comes directly at Larsith, and blows through his hair as it nearly knocks him over. The gale ceases quickly, and to his surprise, RJ is still completely fine. There's a loud scream behind him, which causes him to immediately let go of RJ's head and turn around in shock.

He's not the only one in awe of what happened, however. Lady Vraelion, and both of the Ostowl sisters were targeted instead, and not by a **** spell. Their clothes have been completely shredded by a burst of strange magic. Their bodies are fine, but no longer covered by anything. Scraps of fabric flutter down to the ground, and they scream in embarrassment while frantically trying to cover up their nudity, but the damage is already done. Everything was seen. The crowd around them audibly gasps, and they start whispering among each other again.

It isn't a dream this time, I'm afraid.

The sprite giggles. "That was lucky. I guess fate can be kind that way. One final gift before we say goodbye."

I'll kinda miss this.

"I bet you will, you pervert, but I hate it in the big city. I want to go home. Now good luck on whatever it is you're doing. I'm getting away from here. Thank you for everything, Kyle. Goodbye, and give Eva some extra attention today, would you?"

The sparkling creature of light slowly raises up from your chest and into the air above. One more time, you see its tiny hand wave, and then it flutters into the sky like a butterfly to quickly disappear. It leaves you feeling a little empty, but you're glad you could help. A lot has happened the last couple days, and--

"So you had the wild sprite this whole time?!" Lady Vraelion screams.

You turn to see her glaring straight towards you, still covering up her naked body. "Oh. Uh..."

"Get him!" scream both Ostowls in unison.

God damn it!

You bolt away as fast as you can.
