You sigh and walk over to the man tapping him on the shoulder. he turns to look at you, he is pretty good looking, you stop as he smirks "heh so the sleepy stranger wakes, you know I found you up in that room this morning, out cold, you ok?" he asks

"yes" you reply "I- I was in a dungeon on a quest... must have been teleported here" you say rubbing your head

"well I wont charge you for that night, but you will need to pay for anything else" he says as your stomach growls "like food" he says you notice your health drops a bit from hunger, seems even hunger hurts your health.
