Stratagems: Wait at leisure while the enemy labors or ask him to meet at my hotel suite

As Americans and Europeans are unaware of the old Asian tradition to use stratagems to reach a goal I of course made good use of this advantage and asked my real estate expert to come and visit me in my luxury hotel suite.

Of course as one can clearly see this has a lot of advantages....and as having some secrets you do not share has too so I do not enumerate what advantages this strategy holds...

First and foremost I made him wait before I received him in the living room of my suite, do I really have to mention that another servile guy was paying all this? Wearing a classy business woman outfit (white blouse, skirt well reaching nearly down to my knees and a silk scarf) combined with stiletto heeled boots I awaited him. Greeting him friendly, yet not making any move to stand up and approach him, I asked him to take a seat on the large couch. Sitting in front of him I crossed my legs and smiled at him, just smiled until the silence got akward...

In the meantime my guest got a good opportunity to spot some of my toys I "forgot" to clear up.... I well noticed on which item his eyes lasted the longest..
