Straight but Versatile

Joel was about to press pen to paper when he realized he really no idea which he liked better. Leaning forward, elbows on his desk, he tapped the end of the pen against his lip as he tried to sift through mental images of women he approximated were closest to his ideal dream girl. A simple question seemingly knocking him for a loop. He dropped the pen and held his head in his hands, feeling his fingers run through his short spikey black hair. Only 3 in and he was totally stressing out about it. It's not like this thing was going to build him his actual dream girl or something, this was supposed to be a stupid work distraction. After a few minutes of hard deliberation, all he managed to conjure was a light headache so he changed tactics and tried to word his answer in a way to get the best of both worlds. Finally satisfied, he began to write out his answer, every word carefully written out nice and neat in bright pink ink from his favorite pen.

I'd definitely have straight hair because I think it looks better and if I wanted style or change it I think it would be easier to work with then naturally curly hair.

He smiled and stuck the pen behind his ear, brushing it aside. Joel caught his reflection with a shred of irritation. His hair was in **** need of a hair tie or something, but he would never be caught dead wearing a pony tail to work. He shuddered at the thought of being viewed like one of the girls. He was already quite paranoid that someone might see and mock his pink phone case as it was. He didn't need anything to garner more suspicions.

Still annoyed at the last question, Joel decided to stave off the intended return to work and felt the powerful compulsion to answer one more question, he needed a fun one to put a smile on his face and get him through the rest of his day. He eagerly turned to the next page and let out another sight of exasperation.
