"Yeah, I guess," Liz conceded. "I wonder who's going to get all his stuff."

"No idea. Probably one of his kids - there's more than enough of them. Have you seen the look on Garnet's face?"

"Who?" Liz looked at Vicky and followed her nod to the far table. "Oh my God. What the fuck is she doing here?"

"Expecting an early Christmas, from the looks of her."

"I'm going to fucking stab that bitch if she comes near me," Liz said, pulling a face at Vicky's expression. "Okay, fine. But I'll want to."

"What are you two whispering about?" came a voice behind them, and the two looked up to see Brandon balancing three plates of food.

"Nothing," said Vicky. "Just some people we haven't seen in a while."
