Stay still on the hat

"I should follow them, just incase anyone notices No.2" David slithered through the vents, following the soldier's footsteps. But right after he started "chasing" he was already meters ahead of the soldiers, and soon enough, he already arrived the place where he started his journey.

The soldiers were still meters away from the lab, so he decided to try multiplying himself, to see if he could control his own body. Turns out, he could only split in to 10, with one of them still hiding on the hat, the rest of the nine were small thumb sized blobs, he then realized that he could control all of them seperately, this was a supprise because he was never good at multitasking.

"Faster, soldiers! Put out the fire!" The black soldier yelled in a voice that startled back in to a whole piece.

"YES SIR!!" The rest answered back. The fire disappeared instantly. "No sight of any suspects, General." One soldier reported to the black solder. "Don't let your guard down, who knows where he could be hiding..." He then turned to the rest of the soldiers. "Ok men, now that the fire is out, all of you should go back to training, I'm gonna wait here until the science depatrment arrives" The solders salute and go back the direction they came from.

A few moments later, men and women in lab coats arrived.

"Is there anything thats still salvageable?" Asked the general.

"No, the mixing of chemicals was the reason the fire started in the first place, good thing we only kept a few in the extraterrestrial research lab, or else we would've already been dead." A woman with blond hair and emerald green eyes answered

"Damn it, that means ET-015 is gone too. Dr. Natalie Gordon, as our lead extraterrestrial scientist, what do you have in mind?"

"Well, General Bruce, I propose that we lock all the data about ET-015 in "The Vault", until we could get a grip of what happened."

"Alright, I'll send my best people investigating the case as soon as possible, but for now, I will call in the cleaning crew and this lab will be good to use in two days."

"Acknowledged General, we will now go back to our experiments, good bye, sir."

After the scientists left, General Bruce sighed. "There's too much shit happening these past few days and I need a good rest."
