Start the day with a normal Breakfast

After getting dressed quickly, I leave my room. As soon as I have stepped into the hallway I see my older sister Mindy walking past me, her long blonde hair blowing through the air and I briefly inhale the fresh apricot scent that seems to emanate from her hair. I pause for a moment and look after my older sister, who is just rushing to her room.

With a low moan, I gobble down the last bits of my breakfast and then give my mother a quick kiss on the cheek and then leave our apartment for school. Just as I step outside through the door I see the door on the opposite side of apartment number 3 open and a brown-haired woman steps outside.

"Good morning Ben" she says when she sees me.

"Good morning Ms. Miller" I say in a friendly manner and look at the single mother next door, who literally stares at me for a moment with big eyes and flushed cheeks.
