Speak with the physician

You quickly make your way down the grand staircase to see that Dr. Patricia Cornwell, your family's doctor, is waiting at the bottom. Not wasting any time, she places a hand on your chest and speaks.
"I take it you know what must be done, now?", she asks.
After you nod, she takes your hand and leads you around towards the back of the house. Pushing an edge of an old portrait on one of the walls, the portrait gives way to reveal a secret passageway you never even knew existed. Leading you down a small staircase, she brings you into a surprisingly clean room, filled with all manner of sex toys, beds, and other such erotic items. Facing away from you, Patricia slowly removes her coat, followed by her blouse.
" Take me," She quietly beckons. "and then you can move on to the next part of the rite."
She removes more of her clothing as she walks slowly to the bed, swaying her hips teasingly as she goes.
