Sounds like fun!

"Sounds like fun!" Beth barely understood the words coming out of her own mouth before they were said, but once they were said, she realized she was excited. Maybe some fun with Lindsay and Jake and Jake's friends was just what she needed today to take her mind off the anxiety of the upcoming wedding, and her frustrations with her sex life.
Lindsay smiled. "Fantastic!" Jake gave a jump: Lindsay must have grabbed his ass in her excitement.
Beth got the details from Jake on what pier to meet them at, before heading home to grab a bathing suit.

She settled on a cute white bikini, with a pair of white booty shorts to go over her bottoms and a silky over shirt. She was feeling very cute as she grabbed tan lotion and beach bag for her phone and wallet. Sun glasses and a floppy hat completed her ensemble as she headed back out to the pier to meet with Lindsay and her friends for the afternoon of fun. If Brian's going to be working all day and shmoozing all night, why shouldn't I have some fun?
When she reached the marina, and found her way to the pier that Jake had specified, she thought for sure she had made a mistake until she saw Lindsay waving to her from the bridge of a power cruiser, basically a yacht in miniature. She had been expecting... like a ski boat, something modest. How...she didn't know that much about boats, but she thought it might be a $200,000 cruiser.

Lindsay came down the stairs from the bridge as she approached, reaching out a hand to help her onto the boat. "Isn't it nice?" She was wearing a flowing silk half robe over a typically skimpy bikini for her.

"It's amazing... how...?" Beth thought she saw Jake and another guy, both in floral board short trunks and tank-tops, on the bridge, and through the glass door, she saw a guy and girl, drinking beers at the small galley table.
"Jake's friend is kind of loaded. Apparently has was in the online poker thing a while back and got out before it crashed with a nice chunk of change."
"I got it used!" A voice shouted down from above, and Lindsay laughed.
"His name's Tim. He sells real estate now..." she lowered her voice, "and he's really cute. And single."
"Neither of which am I, Lindsay..." Beth retorted, but cut off as Tim and Jake came down to greet her.
Tim Matthews had indeed been a young college kid playing online poker during what he called the "Moneymaker" era, a term that Beth didn't really understand but just nodded anyway. He had played in a few live tournaments too, and even won a bracelet in a World Series Event. Having no real knowledge of that scene, Beth just made adequate noises of being impressed. He had parlayed his winnings into shrewd investments, and when the "crash" came, he had already been out of the game for a while, selling commercial real estate at his father's company, Matthews Management. At a few days shy of thirty, Tim was tan, toned but not shredded, and at 5'11", had a good five inches on Beth and seven on Lindsay. He was gracious, funny and inviting.
The couple in the cabin were Tim's brother, Dean, and his girlfriend Kendra. They were also friendly, complimenting both Beth and Lindsay on their outfits. After a few minutes of being shown around the deceptively spacious boat, they headed out into the bay, and then onto the vast blue of the Pacific, headed for a secluded cove with no overland access, a popular spot for boaters, according to Tim.
