Something wonderful

I open the book and find a pencil and a note saying, "This book has the power to alter any and all rules of biology, society and beyond. You can only change these rules with the pencil in the book, any other writting utensil would do nothing to it. While this book can't be destroyed, and the pencil never running out of graphite, YOU CAN NOT LOSE THIS BOOK, AT ANY COST! Thus, always keep it on you, or in a hidden place when not in use. Other than that, enjoy your new found god hood to the fullest!". I was baffled and stunned, there is no way that this book could do that. I looked at the second page and saw multiple tags on the side, all signifying what were the general rule areas, if this book is to be believed. Still, wouldn't hurt just to try, though I better start small if this does actually work.
