Are the most peaceful of the elves, and the shortest as well, with skinny bodies and both genders ranging from about 4ft to 5ft 8, they are known to have light skin similar to Northmen, with colorful green outfits and funny hats, they are known to be welcoming and friendly, many sensitive and fragile looking. They are known to be merchants and healers, tavern owners and hearty farmers! They usually serve whichever King of man rules the land...

When the Dark Tower rose, like many humans they were either slaughtered, enslaved, or corrupted.. some even mutating into horrible beasts..
