Smile back?

You decided to give her a smile, not expecting much to happen.

But as she sees you smile, she comes over to you and whispers "Hey, there, You look a little nervous, are you meeting anyone special?", taken aback by her forward behavior, you tell her "yes, I am. I am actually waiting for my date to show up, its my first time dating in a while and I don't know how it'll go" you tell her bluntly.

"Awww, So You're taken? She says as she bites her lip and lowers herself to lock her eyes with you, "You know I could probably help you get rid of this nervousness that's gotten you all fidgety, if you want me to come with me before your date arrives." She winks at you and gives you a good view of her cleavage you cant help but stare. "Eyes up here mister, don't worry I wont ruin your date, no one will know about it".

"B-But, I don't even know your name, and we just met and -" she cuts you off and says "I don't know your name either, we don't need to get in to the details, no strings attached, meet me there" she points to the direction where the restrooms were.
