• 2 feet and above | White (only one confirmed instance throughout human history)

People within the same color bracket are largely considered equals, for example if you are a blue II you don't have to follow all of the commands of a blue III but you still must treat them with respect. If you are an I then you cannot control the III's of the tier directly below you, but you can control the II's and I's. Barring the scenarios previously described, all below you must obey your every whim, and you must submit to all above you. You reach into the closet and pull out your armband.
