Six years later

After a year of bumming in Europe and not finding your Uncle you came back to the States. You have traveled the country and have been in all but four states. You find yourself back in your home state, living in Capital City. Erica got into the **** crowd, and leaves her family to live with her pot dealer girl friend. Her parents are left raising your daughter. Amy is now nine and is as well adjusted as a child raised by her grandparents can be. Erica's father sold his large beer distributorship and now runs a small ice cream shop and candy store. It is near Amy's school. You are 27 but fit in with the college crowd. You talked to Erica's parents when Amy was six but you all agree that with no contact from Erica in almost two years (and none since), and your wandering ways (at that time) it was best for Amy for them to raise her.

You called Erica's parents (they never change their number) and told them you are back in state. They tell you that things are fine and that Amy recently told them that she is happy with her grandparent/parents and wants to be their little girl forever. They told her that they don't know where you or Erica are and love Amy just as they do Erica. You say you want updates and that you will spend time with Amy if needed. You need to get a job.You have worked as bouncer, a cook, security, janitorial and many others.
