Take a drink

You take a large gulp of the beer, but as the cold liquid hits your stomach you feel a severe and painful contraction in your bladder. Quickly you set your beer back on the table and discretely apply pressure to your abdomen with one hand. The pain fades quickly, but your face grows warm as you realize something is off. Sliding the hand on your abdomen a bit lower, you are horrified to find that your pants have a significant wet patch on them.
