Jack managed to say, after just a brief moment of staring at the girl's exposed bottom, and he could only hope that she wasn't able to read too much into the sudden change to his voice. There was something else he most certainly didn't want her to notice though, and for that reason he quickly decided to leave the room as soon as possible, instead of staying to watch her play the game for just a bit longer. "Perhaps after dinner...?

Still he couldn't simply avert his eyes however, and he threw another quick glance at his daughter's firm buttocks, after meeting her eyes for just a couple of seconds. It was certainly an inviting sight after all, to see her stretched out on the floor like that, and if she'd been anyone else he'd probably been more than willing to stay and play with her for as long as she wanted.

"Oh, okay." The girl was clearly disappointed, but turned her head back to the screen again, while her father made his way back to the doorway. Luckily she didn't seem to notice him staring at least, but Jack wouldn't be the slightest surprised if she'd seen right through his quick white lie. On the other hand she was already back to playing the game though, and barely even seemed to notice when he slipped out of the room, which allowed him some reprieve for the moment, even as he knew for sure that the sight of her would come back to haunt him later on during the day...
