Showering, dressing and heading to work.

Beth headed in to shower. She went over her mental checklist as she lathered and sluiced, shampooed and conditioned, toweled and blow-dried. There were client emails to return, filings to prepare, and lawyers' attitudes to manage. At least, though, it was casual Friday, something she always appreciated. Unless a secretary needed to accompany one of the lawyers in court for some reason, they could enjoy a more casual wardrobe in the office. The lawyers, mostly men, didn't seem to mind: the legal secretaries were almost exclusively women, and most were fairly attractive, Beth supposed.

After drying and giving her hair some abbreviated attention, Beth perused her Friday wardrobe choices.
