Short Game

The short game would be best here. Overwhelm Ollie with everything at once so he doesn't have time to realize. Dr. Roberts walked over to his desk and pressed the call button.

"O' Patrick, your assistance is required now."

"Yes, sir. I will be right in." Fabian said through the com. It wasn't long before the secretary walked through the doors.

"Alright Ollie, how do you feel?" Dr. Roberts walked over to Ollie once more.

"Relaxed"

"Good, now I want you to listen closely to my words. You will find that everything I say to you or suggest you do feels incredibly good. You feel good following my directions. Alternatively, you feel the absence of this positive feeling whenever you don't follow my directives. Understood?"

"Yes,"

"didn't that feel good? Listening to my command."

"Yes, so good," Ollie said a dumb smile forming on his face.

"Ollie isn't it really warm in here? Don't you think taking off a few layers might be a good idea?"

"Yes," Ollie nodded, fanning himself, "so hot."

"Well then, you have my permission to strip."

"Thank you, Dr. Roberts." Ollie said standing up. He began pulling his shirt off to reveal his muscular torso and defined V-line. Once he had removed his shoes, he then unzipped his pants letting them fall to the ground. Dr. Roberts had planned on keeping him in his underwear, but since Ollie was commando, that plan went out the window.

"Wow, you have an exquisite body. you must love showing it off to men."

"Yes, I do," Ollie said, flexing his muscles. You see, Dr. Roberts hadn't been a hundred percent truthful with Ollie. While it was true a hypnotist couldn't make someone do something against their will, a hypnotist could very easily change the will of that person, thus enabling the action.

Dr. Roberts saw two courses of action for removing the need for smoking. Either replacing the need for smoking with some other stimulus or resolving the conflict that initiated the smoking.
