She walks around and sees the vibrator...and something else?

The flight attendant is freaked out and confused about Naomi’s situation, and looks around her cage to hopefully get a better understanding of things. She looks at the back of the cage...and finally realises what’s been bothering Naomi so much. Behind it, she also sees a small, pink object that resembles a remote control.
