She fights back

Claire jumps up, kicking Dr Anderson in the balls, and runs for the orderlies. She tries to hit one, but he just laughs and slaps her hard across the face. The other orderly grabs her.

Dr Anderson, now very angry, pulls a large steel tube out of his pocket.
