She alters Amy's swimsuit with a scissors.

“Come here,” Bianca said, “I can fix this.”

Bianca grabbed a pair of fine pointed fabric scissors and held them to her lip while inspecting Amy's swimsuit.

“Obviously the ruffles need to go first.” Bianca said, pulling the front of Amy's swimsuit away from her body. Bianca's hand brushed against one nipple, causing it to immediately jump to a prominent point.

“Um, should I take this off first?” Amy said. She was uncomfortable with the idea of being naked in front of Bianca, but she was even more uncomfortable with the way she was being man-handled by her new roommate.

“No,” Bianca said, “it's better if I can work with your figure, rather than just guessing.”

She took the scissors and started to cut the ruffles off of Amy's chest, right at the seam where they were attached. When the ruffles came off completely, there were four horizontal slits across Amy's chest.

“Oh no,” Bianca said, “you can see the padding.”

Amy looked down, Bianca was right. The inside padding (like a tiny bra), was visible through the slits. The padding served a valuable purpose—hiding Amy's nipples from view, but even she had to admit, it looked awfully sloppy.

“We're going to have to remove it,” Bianca said. Amy only nodded. Unceremoniously, Bianca pulled the straps off Amy's shoulders and folded the top of her swimsuit down so the padding faced out. This, of course, exposed Amy's flat chest and big nipples, which grew even harder with exposure to the air. Amy turned beet red with embarrassment, blushing from her cheeks to the tops of her tiny breasts, which made her freckles stand out even more than usual.

Bianca cut out the stitches holding the padding in and unceremoniously tossed it over her shoulder. When she pulled the top back up, Amy was relieved to see that her the slits didn't expose her nipples, although they were pressed dramatically against the fabric.

Bianca inspected the front of the swimsuit and scratched her chin, thinking. “Hmmm, let's make this a little more daring—otherwise it might just look like it was ripped by accident.”

“What do you mean, 'daring',” Amy said, but it was too late, in just two quick cuts, Bianca connected to the top slit with the bottom slit, exposing a window of freckled flesh as thick as a ruler and stretching almost to her armpits. Then, just as quickly, she did the same to the bottom two slits, leaving only a single strip of fabric stretching over Amy's nipples.

“Uh, I'm not sure about this...people will see, that I don't really have, uh...”

“Tits?” Bianca asked and Amy thought she saw a hint of a smirk.

“Yeah.”

“There's nothing we can do about that. A lot of high-fashion models are almost as flat as you are. You're just going to have to own it. If we make your swimsuit look like high-fashion, and you act like you're proud of your little body, then other people might think you're sexy too.”

Amy wasn't sure about that, it was hard to forget Bianca and her friends calling her “Boy-chest” all these years and comparing her to a little girl. Besides, fashion models were usually a lot taller than Amy.

Bianca didn't wait for a response. Instead she kept cutting, adding 4 more identical horizontal cut outs to the front of Amy's swimsuit, so that her mid-riff was exposed in broad strips. Even Amy had to admit that it looked pretty good that way—like something a movie star might wear. Of course a movie star would feel a lot more comfortable than Amy did with so much of her body exposed.

Bianca's hands seemed to move all over her body as she cut out strips of swimsuit. Sometimes, she would rest hand on Amy's upper thigh, sometimes she would run her hand down the whole length of the suit. The result was that Amy started to get more and more aroused. Her nipple stuck out harder than ever against the little strip of fabric that covered them.

Bianca unceremoniously spun Amy around and started on the back. She didn't do any fancy design on this side, she just cut down, parallel to the shoulder straps in big U, leaving the whole of Amy's back exposed.

Amy felt as though the top of her ass crack might be exposed to the air. Had Bianca really cut the back that low? As hard as she tried to turn look down her own back, she couldn't quite tell.

Bianca turned her around again and appraised her.

"Okay, almost perfect," Bianca said. Then she knelt in front of Amy started cutting the leg holes bigger.

Amy froze, she wanted to tell her to take it easy, that there already wasn't much swim suit left, but she couldn't speak. She was too distracted--while the scissors worked quickly and efficiently in Bianca's right hand, her left was resting casually right on Amy's mound, thumb pressed right against her clit.

"I...I can't go out like this," Amy said.

"Nonsense," Bianca said, taking Amy firmly by the hand. "You've never looked hotter."

Amy didn't resist when Bianca firmly ushered her out the door and down the stairs, out into the campus in her newly altered swimsuit.
