She's... just looking at you.

You break away from old memory lane and take a look up at her. She is still sitting on your legs, but she's looking at you. She smiles and and blushes, looking down at her hands

"You were thinking... about... that time weren't you Matthew?"

You have no desire to lie to her. You nod yes.

"Yeah... I've... I've been thinking a lot about that time too. But... mostly what happened afterward."

She takes a breath and looks into your eyes.

"Look Matthew, most guys that I know, well... If they heard that a drunk one night stand may have made them a father, they would have run. Especially if it was with the town nutball." she smiled and stuck a tongue out while crossing her eyes. "But... you didn't. Maybe it's because of the sex, maybe it was because of me or... maybe it was who you are but you stayed. And not only that, you cared. I know in the end it wasn't preggers but with how nice you were... i kinda wish..." she suddenly looks stunned and shakes her head

"What am I saying? Ugh! Think for a moment Mary! Aaggggggghhhh... Heheh.." she laughs nervously, playing with her hair a bit. "Um... Anyway... Guess.. Guess I will see you around."

She smiles, standing up slowly and walking away. Before she leaves however, she turns her head to glance at you.

"I... I lo... Um... see you round..."
