What's next?
Sewing Circle
The rest of the day went relatively easily. Lydia only had to break up two minor squabbles between the twins before banishing them outside to find their friends and get out of her way. She decided she would in fact give Caroline's sewing circle a good try and prepared the house early and leaving the instructions for dinner written out for Molly when she got home.
Now, always the conservative, Lydia was stuck on what to wear for the evening. She had always done well in blue and red was her color to get Ted in the mood. How about tonight? Not that dreadful olive number her mother in law bought her for Christmas. Hmmm... ah ha!
Finally settling on a bright blue dress with a white sweater, matching belt, and purse she was ready to take on the evening. She walked through the house once more before deciding it was time to head out leaving Ted a note of where she went and when to expect her.
Does she get there alright?
