Send her back to her cell

Her little act of defiance means it's time to send the nearsighted girl back to her cell, where there's a redundant suppression field to keep her in check and a lot of quiet for her to think about what she's done. You have your assistant deactivate the immobilization function and pull her to her feet. You decide to stow the glasses, she doesn't need them to follow where the leash pulls her. You head for your office, to decide what your next move is. You may want to dole out more punishment than a simple return to solitude.

You look at your monitor, with a feed of all the cells, though the window showing the alchemist is still enlarged beside the thumbnail-sized video of the others. It shows your assistant arriving with the girl and re-shackling her to the wall in the center of the camera's view. You kick back and watch the plump woman stew a while. She seems to settle right back into waiting, hands fidgeting against her cuffs and pawing at the polymer wall behind her.

The rest of your trophies are still in place, not that they'd be going anywhere. As you look over the selection, the view of Alchemist's room goes blank, followed by the others. It all comes back a moment later, and a quick systems check shows everything is normal. Looking over the video feels shows everything still order as well. You didn't take your personal power supply as something that would blink out, but something interrupted your "shows," even if for a moment.
