Selim learns about the burning of Prosperia

Selim rubbed his chin as he pondered the fallen elven city of Prosperia. He saw an opportunity to turn a profit, as the city was now ripe for the taking.

He smiled to himself, knowing that there was always money to be made in the aftermath of war. The only question was, how to get there first. He quickly made plans to gather his resources and set off for Prosperia, eager to seize the opportunity before anyone else could.

Selim's mind raced as he heard the news of the enslavement of the surviving elves of Prosperia. He saw a new opportunity to profit from the misfortunes of others. He considered buying up the elves as chattel, to be sold off to the highest bidder as laborers or bed slaves.

He envisioned himself as the middleman, taking a cut of every transaction, growing rich off the backs of the enslaved. He licked his lips at the thought of all the gold he could amass through such dealings. However, as he delved deeper into his musings, a small voice in the back of his head warned him that such actions were evil and could bring the wrath of the heavens down upon him. But Selim was not one to let a little thing like morality get in the way of his greed.

He made a mental note to proceed with caution, but to keep his eyes open for any chance to profit from the suffering of others.
