See what that glow show is about

To be honest, you'd never help this girl with the ingredients - first it's disgusting, second some cute animals like frogs, mice and bulls needed to be at least mutilated in advance if not dead, which you hate.

You give the note back to Kruya and answer: "I'm not doing that, but I can help with the light show if you want." She doesn't actually look too surprised by your reaction and just pours another bag of some powder in one of the bowls.

"That's fine, I have two more of these to make. Uh, could you go fetch me that paddle."

You spend time doing percise chemistry with Kruya. It's really fun and you learn a thing or two about glow fluids and their chemistry. In the short time that you use on prepping all the liquids you two get along prerty well - it seems as if Kruya is majoring in chemistry, physics and technology, as you are just trying to get your degree in bio-chemistry and biology. You have at least one thing in common which makes you really happy.

"Now we need the guns. I've prepaired them earlier. Also we to bring here the cooled capsules I have in my car. Come with me March." Kruya removes her rubber gloves and tosses them in the thrash. You do the same and let her walk you out in the cold October air.

You follow her to her car where she takes out two big cooler boxes and a couple of weird looking guns. "I guess we should be able to carry one cooler each and one gun each, huh?"

The cooler box is really heavy and especially Kruya is having serious difficulties with hers. Eventually you manage to carry both the cooler and the gun in the kitchen. Kruya follows shortly behind. "Oh crap..., that... was..." She takes an inhaler out of her pocket and takes a fix.

"So, you have asthma?" You ask and watch surprised as one of the coolers spits out a cloud of cold steam. "Yeah.., uh, thanks March, we are five minutes ahead of time, because of your help." You blush a little and exhale deeply.

"So, anyway. Just help me pour the chemicals in...these tubes here." Kruya takes one soda can -sized capsule out of one of the coolers and carefully unscrews the lid. It looks like something out of a sci-fi movie - it's black steel except for some glass on the sides. The glass is covered in frost.

You carefully pour the cool containers full of the colourfull liquids. At the end you have: red, cyan, magenta, orange, yellow, lime and cobalt, which is really just blue.

Next Kruya puts the closed capsules back in the coolers and sighs. "Almost done here, March. Now...we've got to bring these up to the third floor." You deflate and collapse on the kitchen counter. "No way, can't we just bring the capsules there one by one?"

The scientist girl shakes her head and fixes her broken glasses. "Nope, they have to stay cool for until they are used. We...have to bring them up in the coolers. The boxes should hold up to 1000 N, so we shouldn't worry about them breaking..."

After another ten minutes you and Kruya manage to drag and pull the boxes all the way up to the third floor. Kruya must've gone through at least two whole inhalers and even then you had to do most of the work anyway.

The room you brought the two coolers is fully wrapped in thin plastic and no surface is left uncovered. There's some furniture here, like a drawer and two chairs but otherwise it's just an empty room. For now it's pitch black and the ceiling light doesn't seem to work.

"We'll need these." Kruya surpises you and hands you a large flashlight. "Well yeah, but why are we using flashlights when it's supposed to be a glow show?"

"You'll see soon enough... The show's about to start, we used a bit too much time on the pouring it seems." You can't honestly wait to see how this will play out, after all the work you put into this.
