You put the pencil to the paper on a new page, and write "All countries" on top of it. Then you proceed with your first rule: To make other people feel what you had to feel. And to make yourself to finally feel better.

New Rule: Every woman, when in presence of another woman who has a bigger chest, should feel ashamed and insecure about their body and especially about their breasts. The emotional effects should scale with the difference in bust size. At the same time, having a bigger chest than the women around you should give you incredible self-esteem and confidence.
