Ruby, Kevin’s New Girlfriend

Kevin **** himself off of the redheaded woman that was formerly his best friend. “Michael, we have to fix this,” Kevin said, running to the MAU. He started fidgeting with the dials hoping he could find something to bring Michael back, but he couldn’t find anything.

The redhead walked up to Kevin and placed a hand on his cheek. “Michael? Babe, are you okay? You know my name is Ruby,” she said, confused as to what her boyfriend was saying.

Kevin and Ruby had met during their junior year of High School. She was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. Kevin was initially shy when talking to her, but he gained enough confidence to ask her out on a date. She said yes. They had been dating ever since.

Kevin paced back and forth, until Ruby grabbed his head, and kissed him. Kevin stared at her, finally relaxed. Ruby always knew how to calm down the love of her life.

“So what’s that,” Ruby asked, pointing to the big metal box in the middle of the living room. “Oh, uh... I found this in the woods,” Kevin stammered. “What does it do?” Ruby walked over to the MAU, examining it.

“I...don’t know,” Kevin said, trying to sound normal. Ruby eyed a big purple dial, and pressed it. Suddenly, a panel displayed what appeared to be an ordinary human being. She examined her loving boyfriend, she thought he was perfect, but a little fine tuning wouldn’t hurt. The panel read her thoughts, and the human was changed to look like what Ruby thought of. She walked towards Kevin, her body swaying. “Do you want to try it out,” she whispered in his ear.

Kevin was **** to try it out, as Ruby wasn’t originally there, or a woman at all. “If you don’t like it I will change you back,” she said. Kevin shook his head, but Ruby insisted. She pouted and gave Kevin her puppy dog eyes. She knew he couldn’t resist a cute girl acting cute. Kevin reluctantly walked into the MAU and pressed the dial inside.

A white light enveloped the inside, and blinded both Kevin and Ruby. She heard a scream come from inside, but it was suddenly silenced as the transformation finished. Kevin walked out of the MAU now looking like...
