Roy wakes him up

I feel a hand on my chest shaking me and realize its Roy. He has a finger over his mouth as he says "time to go. Eat your food quickly and meet me on the ground in 15 minutes. I have plenty to show you."

I eat fast and meet him at the fire. Only renee is up at the time, and we head for the other side of the island to what they call "the great mountain."

I put a wooden mask on my face and dive in. The swimming is tiring and i barely make it to the surface of another pool. I climb out of the water and see plants all around me, as Roy picks a leaf.

He then lectures me for a while. "Behold, the greatest secret of this island. Every plant contains the ingredients to change something in the human body. This one i have in my hand will keep you from aging for 5 years. We found this place a month after we were shiprecked onto the island.
