Rovers of the wasteland

Beth caught a faint sound as she floated in the pond on her back. She opened an eye and peaked to her side. She gasped at what she saw. Three rovers! The mutated humanoids who roved the wasteland, abandoning society to scavenge like animals. They were the greatest danger in the wastes, where she currently was.

Stifling a gasp, Beth silently sank into the water so only her eyes and the top of her head was over the water. She watched the Rovers. They didn't seem to have noticed her yet. They were all men, as almost all rovers tended to be. One was rifling through her discarded clothes. She shuddered, remembering she was VERY NAKED under the water. The other two moved at her car. She thanked god she hadn't been noticed yet. But, what could she do? She was naked and helpless in the water!
