You decide to go right. If you keep going like this you will approach the castle of the witch within a few hours.

Suddenly your sharp senses detect movement in the bushes. A normal person would not have noticed it but you can hear people slowly moving through the bushes as they seem to surround you.

Whoever they are they are clearly highly skilled. You can not see them and can barely hear them. However your sixth sense is honed after countless battles and you know you are in danger.

Without showing any sign that you are aware of them you keep moving while overthinking your options.
Perhaps you could confront them. Or perhaps turning back or suddenly charging forward might be the best thing.

Turning back and fleeing might provoke an attack like a deer running from a wolf.
Going straight forward might make you walk in an ambush.
However confronting them might be hazardous as your are surrounded.
