You fight, but with three against one, they soon manage to stuff your arms into the jacket, pushing you up against the wall with a painful knee in your back, and twisting your arms. Behind you, they are pulling the straps super-tight. With the straps done, they easily pull your arms into position, tickling you each time to grab a few centimetres more slack.
