Rather than just immediately cut to some sort of bad ending, I might make a mini adventure out of this. A pregnant Iyda would have to free Petra from her orcish prison. It would basically be a bad ending that could turn into a bitter sweet one if you successfully save her. Show this chapter some love if that arc would interest you, should be pretty different.
