“I will,” Regina smiled. “I’ll take good care of you, Lexi. I’ll buy you new outfits, buy you better diapers, change your diapers, give you baths. I’ll be your caregiver.”

“W-why? Why would you be my caregiver?” Alexa asked.

“Don’t you know who I am, Lexi?” Regina asked.

Alexa looked at Regina and then her eyes widened. “No. No God no!”

“Oh Lexi, we’re going to have so much fun together,” Regina laughed. “Do me a favor and smile for the camera. And understand that you consented to be recorded so you can’t complain.”

Alexa looked around for the first time realized the truth. Her face dropped as she realized what happened. “No! No no, please. No. I told you...”

“That you wet your pants after our little game,” Regina laughed. “I had to bite my tongue not to burst out laughing. I can’t believe I let you go after that. But perhaps it was worth it because now you’re mine, Lexi. Let’s get going. We have a lot to do.”

Regina took Alexa’s hand and pulled her off the table, her wet pull up around her waist as she pulled her out to the waiting room where the crowd only got bigger and everyone was laughing. Alexa was absolutely mortified as Regina pulled her in front of Rylie. “Looks like our patient is all set. I just need a diaper to change her. Get me one from the top right drawer,” Regina said.

Rylie grinned and nodded. “A baby diaper for the big baby,” she said as she pulled one out and handed it to Regina.”

“Now, Lexi. Lay down. Lay down so I can change you in front of all these people,” Regina snickered. “This is only the beginning, dear Lexi.”
