Read the manual

You figured that the site didn't tell you what to do so you better learn what to do. The manual was fairly straightforward only having three pictures, that basically stated you had to speak the name of the person, then it would work.

The other two pictures seemed to explain two other features of the doll, a sort of thread you could attach to a person that would allow for control without the person fighting back. The last pic was super weird, it showed that you could possess the person the doll was connected to by speaking a certain phrase.

It was all very weird, but you felt you know had to get the doll working, you just had to decide who to use it on.
