Questions about pins & kinks

1) Does a pinned **** merely need to win a pin contest to reverse the pin, or does she have to win by some greater margin than merely escaping the pin would require? The absence of any mention of an increased margin leads me to believe that she can, and I guess the decision to reverse or escape would still be subject to some tactical considerations (and all this is subject to the specific modifers for various Kinks, of course), but I wanted some confirmation.

2) There's no apparent use for the "Facial" Kink (which saddens me, on principle). Is this intended for some future game expansion?
