Protections for Myself and the Rulebook

First things first some protections, For Myself and the Rulebook.

"New Rule: Harry Potter is the rightful owner of the Rulebook."

You decided to make it a new rule as to not mess with the past. As for being the rightful owner of the Rulebook that will be the base line for my protections, Now to start the protections.

"New Rule: Nobody can attack the rightful owner of the Rulebook unless thet allow it."

"New Rule: Nobody can stop the rightful owner from writing in the Rulebook."

"New Rule: Nobody can write in the Rulebook besides the rightful owner of the Rulebook."

"New Rule: Everyone besides the rightful owner of the Rulebook will see the Rulebook as a normal harmless book."

"Old Rule: If a rule changes the past the rightful owner of the Rulebook will be abel to remember both timelines and wich rule did it."

The reason this one is a old rule is so you can see all the changes past users made and as you finish writing you get a headache as you now know all the rules wich have changed the past and how it was changed from the former users of the book giving you some great ideas, but the headache is annoying well I can allways fix that and some other things to.

"New Rule: The rightful owner of the Rulebook can't get headaches or migraines and is immune to all illnessis and diseases."

There thats better, now back to protection what if the Rulebook gets lost or damaged.

"New Rule: If the rightful owner of the Rulebook ever can't find the Rulebook it becomes the top priority of everyone else besides staying alive to find the Rulebook and return it to it's rightful owner."

"New Rule: The Rulebook can't be damaged by anything."
