8:45PM and I standing in the arraignment court wondering when Saul Rabinovich planned to make his appearance. "Barney Hutson", I stand and the bailiff walks me into the the courtroom to find Saul standing at the defence desk. Nodding to me and shaking my hand "Hey Barney, keep quiet and leave it all to me!" The acting D.A. had only on condition, I was to stay away from any of the public libraries in Humdinger City. Saul quickly agreed and I was freed upon paying the 5,000 dollar bail conditions. By midnight all was arraigned and i was free to go back to my apartment.

Saul walking with me offered me a lift, accepting I got into his car with the idea he meant to my place. As he drove past my apartment building i was starting to get worried. Did Mistress Theron have some form of punishment for me for getting caught? Was I going to see the next day?
