Aladdin tells Genie about Jasmine, the girl he met in the market and fell in love with, only to find out she was the daughter of the Sultan. As Aladdin spoke, the magical being could sense the foolish love in the young man. This was perfect. Hormones always made for sloppily worded wishes.
