Struggling to get free, Alice falls through the mirror

I bit the jerk. Crying out he grabbed at his mouth and let go.

"You bitch," he hollered.

"You bastard," I retorted.

Unprepared I fell to my knees and roll up against the mirrored glass. Getting up to apologize I had the sudden realization everything had changed. What was right was now left and Steve was no longer there.

I again fell to my knees and vomited. Too much party juice. I waited a minute more before attempting to stand up.
