An intense workout

Taylor instructed Alexa to get on the treadmill and she obeyed. Immediately Taylor turned up the speed forcing Alexa to walk briefly before turning into a jog which quickly turned into a sprint as she desperately tried to keep up with the fast speeds, not wanting to face plant and humiliate herself further. Alexa had to keep running at full speed for 5 minutes before Taylor reduced the speed down allowing her to jog before turning the speed back up for another 5 minutes. Alexa barely kept up until she was allowed go get off. She collapsed on the bench, panting. Taylor tilted the water bottle forcing Alexa to drink quickly and not stopping until a third of it was empty. Alexa not wanting the water to pour all over herself and also grateful for the cooldown swallowed all of it before she was **** to get up.

“100 sit ups now!” Taylor yelled. “No slacking.”

Alexa was **** to lay on her back, legs spread, diaper in between as Taylor pinned her feet to the ground. Taylor grinned as Alexa desperately tried to do one sit up and barely made it off the ground. “Come on, Lexi! Do a proper sit up!” Hana yelled. “You’re never going to improve like that!”

Alexa squirmed as she tightened her abs as she pushed finally doing 1. After she did 1, doing 2 came a lot faster and then she got herself into a rhythm as the girls counted. “60!”

Alexa collapsed on the ground exhausted, whimpering from the work. Taylor sighed. “Good job, Lexi. We’ll work on it and one day you’ll be able to do 100. Now drink. You don’t want to get dehydrated.”

Alexa was **** to chug more of the water, her bladder filling up quickly as she did. “Now back on the treadmill!” Hana yelled. “RUN!”

Alexa obeyed as she got on the treadmill and the speed was turned up quickly. Alexa sprinted for a good 10 minutes before she slowed and walked for 20 minutes.

“Alright let’s do something else,” Taylor said. “Hmm.”

“W-wait, can I go to the bathroom?” Alexa asked.

Taylor said. “If you can do this next exercise without wetting yourself, you can go to the bathroom.”

Alexa nodded as Taylor brought her over to the Incline Leg Press. Alexa looked at the machine and gulped, unsure if she could really be in such a position with a full bladder.

“Do 10 and then you can go to the bathroom,” Taylor said.

Alexa put her feet up carefully trying not to do anything to cause leakage. Taylor winked at Hana as she adjusted the weights.
