Chapter 4 by CNCCutie CNCCutie

What's missing?

You need to think about this carefully.

An idea sparks in your mind, of a perfect world. One where women like yourself are **** to fuck unwillingly, but also one where things like traffic and hospitals aren't going to end up with a lot of accidents and deaths because of the Right To Grope.

You flip your pencil and erase the rules you've written. Your top blinks back into existence, and you feel the layer of your underwear reassert itself. The hand groping you retracts swiftly.

You look out the window of the cafe and ponder what would work best for your perfect world. On the one hand, a universally ****-friendly world would be amazing, there'd be opportunities all the time. On the other hand, anything that is commonplace becomes blase - **** would simply become freeuse, and the exquisite excitement you've felt as your boyfriend **** his cock into you would become old hat. Half the fun is in the struggle. Although you hate to admit it, the more you and your exboyfriend played at **** sex, the more vicious he needed to be to ignite that deepseated warmth of fear that heightens your orgasms.

Also, you're a freshman in college. It stings, but you realize you don't know everything there is to know, and you have no way of knowing everything. What if your rules create unintended consequences for others somewhere halfway across the world?

You reread the rules:

"The world runs on rules. Schools and companies have their handbooks. Neighborhoods have their homeowners associations. Even countries have their laws. You spend all day following rules. Wouldn't it be nice if you could be the one writing the rules for once? Now you can. This is the Rulebook. Simply put the name of an organization and write your rules. Any rule you can think of will be followed by everyone in that organization.

You can write Old Rules and New Rules. People will treat Old Rules casually, like they've been around forever. The world will even change to accommodate Old Rules as you write them. On the other hand, New Rules only go into effect once you've written them down. People will still follow them, but they may express nervousness, embarrassment, excitement, or other emotions about them.

Oh, and One last tip: make sure you use a pencil. Wouldn't want you regretting your changes."

'Organization,' you think.

You tap your pencil against your full lips thoughtfully. Now, what will you choose - a secret organization operating outside the bounds of the laws; a global approach to your **** kink; a world where you are the only victim; or something else?

What's next?
