she accepts!

Shiro looked up, smiling hopefullly at the peasant.

"I do," Sakura said with a wide grin. "I mean, I will! I mean... yes!" She blushed and looked around. "But.... I would like to have something to wear."

Shiro laughed and kissed her on the forehead. "Of course. I'll see what I can gather together. I should think that the thieves must have found some clothing in their raids."

Sure enough, she pulled together a fresh kimono, finer than anything Sakura had worn in her life, as well as what simple supplies she could keep in her pack. Sakura insisted on carrying some as well, and while she couldn't carry as much as the she-warrior, it was nice to know that she could provide some help to Shiro besides bedside company.
