Fight two with two.

When you swing at this one, it's clever enough to spin around and defect your blow. It doesn't have as thick of a shell as the other, though your strike still flies to the side. It pivots and thrusts a punch forwards, but you catch it with the flat of your blade. You jab, and it dodges. It pounces, but you move out of the way as well.

Your eyes catch a shadow approaching again. The largest roach readies itself to rejoin the fight. It won't land a cheap shot this time, but you're not sure if you can properly handle both at the same time.

"Do not move!" Amara calls out. "Celestial... B-Blast!" You hear a sharp, hot breath, and then you see a vibrant blast of energy soar through the air straight past you, and directly into the stomach of the larger roach. It screeches even louder than before and falls to its knees. Now both its front and back are covered with smoke, and it looks to be barely holding on.

The roach your fighting turns--distracted. You take this moment to cleave its head clean off, causing it to sprint away for a moment before falling onto its back. You continue the attack, and slice across the front of their leader. And then again. Finally, you jab it straight up into its neck, withdraw the weapon away, leap back, and watch as it collapses straight down onto its stomach.

Everything is silent. Despite your Flare Blade spell being long extinguished, your weapon glows vibrantly. Did the cracks get bigger? Nah. That can't be it. Unless the smithy girl was wrong, there's no way. I'll have to keep an eye on it.

As you step backwards, you feel exhausted, even with Amara's healing. You turn to her kneeling on the ground with both hands between her legs--panting heavily. She looks to you with embarrassed eyes.

"I... I have to heal myself," she whispers.

"Do you want me to close my eyes, or--"

"M-Minor... M... Minor..."

"Don't push yourself. Can I help somehow?" You offer a hand.

She grabs it, and as she does, she shouts, "Minor Heal~!"

You're yanked down on top of her, and she cries out in ecstasy. The rush of magic pushes her over the edge, and she wraps her arms around you and squeezes you tight. She tilts her head back, and moans out a, "Aaah, yes~!" as she cums in your embrace. You feel her hot breathing against your neck, and she keeps you there for a long moment. Her hips shudder. Then, she falls limp, and her face turns to the side.

You slowly sit back up to your knees and look down at the girl. She's winded. Her chest rises and falls with deep breaths, and her face is still flushed.

"I... Kyle," she whispers quietly.

"Thanks for the help back there. You saved my life a few times." Once again, you offer a hand. "Let me help you up."

She sits up slowly and turns to the side. "N-Not yet. Before we keep walking, I need to do something first."

You watch curiously as she removes her small backpack and digs through it. From inside, she withdraws a pair of cottony soft pink panties. She then extends her legs, and reaches up beneath her dress. You watch in awe as she drags her own panties down her thighs, and off her feet, all under the cover of her clothes. You can't see anything, though the idea of her wearing nothing under there teases you more than if you could.

"Do you not want me to turn away or something?!" You're caught by surprise. "It's just--"

Amara slides back on her new, dry panties. "You have seen so much already since you first arrived on this world. I am surprised you can still get so flustered over something like this. Certainly you have the self-control to handle it." She smiles.

"Of course I do," you reply. "I just didn't expect it."

She reaches out and accepts your hand, and you pull her up off the ground.
